Qualifications

Genuine passion for assisting children with autism. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrate patience and compassion. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED required. Must obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test if not done in the last year. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to perform various movements (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

As a Behavior Technician, you will work closely with children, applying individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your responsibilities will include utilizing evidence-based strategies to enhance communication, social, and daily living skills while minimizing challenging behaviors.
