We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. In this rewarding role, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of children with autism.

As a Behavior Technician, your responsibilities will include working one-on-one with children to implement tailored behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will utilize evidence-based techniques to enhance communication, social skills, and daily living skills while effectively reducing challenging behaviors.

We are looking for candidates who are genuinely enthusiastic about assisting children with autism in reaching their fullest potential. Patience, compassion, and teamwork are essential qualities for success in this position. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you are well-prepared to support each child, regardless of your prior experience. Please note that working with children can involve unpredictable situations, so a strong spirit, resilience, and physical stamina are required. Our clients are active, and you should be comfortable with standing, walking, sitting, grasping, reaching, bending, kneeling, crouching, squatting, lifting, and occasionally carrying children or objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
