Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of ABA principles and demonstrate flexibility in performance feedback across diverse working environments. Key responsibilities include:Effectively implement ABA skills in line with behavior analysis principles. Adapt to feedback from supervisors and case managers to enhance participant outcomes. Conduct continuous and discontinuous data measurement procedures accurately. Collect and maintain daily data on client behaviors and program goals. Assist with functional assessment procedures and preference assessments. Implement various behavior management techniques, including reinforcement strategies and crisis intervention procedures. Document session notes aligning with participant programming goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Collaborate with a clinical team, demonstrating responsiveness to feedback and adapting to new assignments. Utilize positive reinforcement to foster appropriate behaviors over time.

Liberty Behavioral & Community Services, Inc. is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to enhance our team. As an RBT Conduct Specialist, you will leverage your training in behavior analysis to deliver impactful support to our clients. Reporting directly to the Program Manager, you will work closely with adults, implementing tailored programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles aimed at improving their communication, self-help, social interaction, and job readiness skills.

Your role will involve not only conducting individual training sessions but also utilizing essential skills across various domains including measurement, assessment, skills acquisition, and meticulous documentation. You will be proactive and adaptable, responding to feedback from the assigned Case Manager and supervisors to ensure continuous improvement in the quality of services provided.

Work Locations: Van Nuys, Northridge, Topanga, Lancaster, Palmdale.
