Qualifications

Genuine passion for supporting children with autism. Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting, demonstrating patience and compassion. Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or GED required. Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification, along with a Tuberculosis test (if not completed in the last year). Ability to pass a pre-employment background check. Physical capability to engage in various positions (sitting, squatting, bending, etc.). Capacity to lift and carry weights of up to 50 pounds.
