Your Role

As a Benefits Specialist on our People Operations team, you will take ownership of the entire lifecycle of US employee benefits programs while also supporting global benefits initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass enrollment processes, managing open enrollment periods, processing life event changes, overseeing leaves of absence, administering retirement plans, and handling employee terminations.

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with US health and welfare benefits, strong HRIS capabilities, and a proven track record in managing 401(k) retirement programs, including conducting annual audits. This role requires close collaboration with employees, managers, payroll teams, brokers, and vendors to ensure the delivery of accurate, compliant, and employee-centric benefits.

As the primary liaison for US benefits, you will also coordinate global benefits programs, with training and guidance provided for non-US regions, prior experience in these markets is not necessary. Experience in a global or multi-country workforce is considered a strong advantage.
