Position Overview

As the Paid Social Supervisor, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and enhancement of paid social campaigns across key platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok. This role will see you leading a dedicated team to develop and implement strategic, data-informed social media campaigns, optimizing performance to meet client objectives, and delivering actionable insights. You will serve as the primary liaison for clients regarding paid social initiatives, collaborating closely with internal media, strategy, and analytics teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute tailored paid social media strategies that align with client goals.
  • Ensure familiarity with objectives focused on brand awareness, engagement, and acquisition.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of campaigns across major social media platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, and Twitter/X.
  • Effectively manage campaign budgets, monitoring expenditure to ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with AdOps and analytics teams to guarantee precise campaign measurement against defined KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, regularly updating them on campaign performance, insights, and optimizations.
  • Oversee quality assurance processes and collaborate with partners for seamless execution.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, recommendations, and new opportunities to clients.
  • Engage with clients to comprehend and prioritize their objectives, translating these into actionable paid social strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Social Media Planners and Assistant Planners, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
  • Conduct team reviews and provide constructive feedback to promote growth and innovation.
  • Establish high standards for strategic thinking, creativity, and account management, fostering a culture focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform changes.
  • Continuously refine processes for efficiency, integrating social platform innovations into team practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with social media platforms to stay informed about new advertising opportunities.
