Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 and at least one major CRM, with a quick learning ability for new software. Versatility: Comfortable navigating between sales-driven calls and detail-oriented administrative tasks.

We are seeking adaptable, mid-career professionals with over three years of experience who excel in a BPO environment. As a Bilingual Business Operations Associate, you will work closely with our U. S. clients, seamlessly integrating into their daily operations.

This dynamic role requires a high level of professionalism, as you will represent MOD in all interactions. We are looking for self-starters, individuals who take ownership of their tasks until completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Implement outbound and inbound sales strategies, including cold calling and qualifying leads to facilitate high-value appointments for the client’s sales team.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the client’s back-office tasks, ensuring CRM systems (like HubSpot and Salesforce) are maintained, calendars are expertly managed, and administrative workflows are executed flawlessly.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for client customers, addressing inquiries, resolving support tickets, and delivering exceptional customer service through various communication channels.
  • Process Enhancement: Identify and rectify inefficiencies within current processes, leveraging your three-plus years of expertise to provide value beyond mere task execution.
  • Executive Coordination: Execute high-level tasks such as travel arrangements, taking meeting minutes, and following up on projects to allow clients to focus on their core business.
