Role Overview: Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Japanese & English)
Based in Tokyo, this position supports both internal and external customers in Japanese and English. The specialist responds to inquiries, offers solutions, and guides users through Candex platform features. Using the ticketing system, the role manages incoming requests and builds a strong understanding of Candex’s systems and technologies.
What You Will Do
- Respond to customer questions and requests in Japanese and English using the ticketing system
- Guide users through platform features and resolve issues
- Assist both internal teams and external clients with platform-related inquiries
- Develop expertise in Candex’s technologies and processes
- Deliver clear, effective communication to build trust with clients
