ROLE OVERVIEW
As part of our commitment to excellence, Benchling is expanding its Professional Services team to support the implementation of our platform for a diverse and growing client base. Implementation Managers play a crucial role in collaborating with customers, ranging from ambitious biotech startups to major pharmaceutical corporations, to deeply understand their R&D processes and deploy solutions that enhance collaboration within their research teams.
In this pivotal position, you will utilize your scientific knowledge, project management acumen, and product familiarity to ensure successful implementations of the Benchling platform. Working closely with research scientists and cross-functional teams at Benchling, you will oversee the entire implementation process, from initial requirements gathering and solution design to user training and onboarding. Fluency in French is essential, as you will engage with French-speaking clients to facilitate their success.
