What You'll DoStrategic Lead Qualification: Assess potential clients based on their readiness to act, ensuring seamless transitions to the sales team. Database Re-engagement: Actively connect with an existing contact database through calls, texts, and emails to gauge interest. Appointment Coordination: Efficiently manage agent schedules by arranging qualified meetings and discovery calls. CRM Integrity: Continuously update lead statuses and notes in real-time. Follow-up Management: Implement effective outreach strategies to nurture long-term leads. Performance Tracking: Monitor and report daily activities, conversation quality, and appointment metrics. U. S. Liaison: Represent the executive team professionally in interactions with U. S. partners and clients. RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 3 years in lead qualification, customer success, BPO, or high-level administrative support, preferably within real estate. English Fluency: Advanced proficiency in English (C1-C2) suitable for U. S. corporate and real estate communications. Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish to effectively engage with a large volume of Spanish-speaking clients. Phone Confidence: Comfortable making numerous outbound calls and adept at handling objections with poise. Location: Ability to work on-site at our San Isidro headquarters in Lima.
