Key Responsibilities:Set and monitor clear monthly sales goals for the sales team. Motivate and support the sales team through guidance and coaching for their professional development. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including creating detailed sales plans to achieve designated goals and quotas. Assess sales team performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity based on set objectives. Expand business opportunities, penetrate existing accounts, and reduce business losses to achieve profitable sales growth within your assigned territory. Identify and qualify prospects in alignment with company account stratification goals, ensuring proper follow-up and performance tracking. Analyze customer needs and curate a tailored mix of products and services to meet those needs. Evaluate market trends and recommend suitable products to clients based on their business objectives. Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitor offerings; share insights with customers as part of our value-added services. Basic Qualifications:A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or Culinary Arts. Strong proficiency in PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite. Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and guide a sales team effectively. Successful completion of pre-employment assessments (Drug Screen, Background Check, etc.).
