Thrive Therapies is hiring a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a school-based, on-site position in Memphis, Tennessee. BCBAs at Thrive Therapies play a key role in supporting K–12 students, particularly in historically under-resourced communities.

Key Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from an accredited institution.
- Active BCBA certification, with the ability to obtain a Tennessee license within the first year of employment.
- Successful background check required before starting.
- At least one year of experience; school-based (K–12) experience preferred.
- Strong commitment to culturally responsive care and educational equity.
