About the job
Bastion builds financial infrastructure for modern enterprises, offering stablecoin issuance, custodial wallet solutions, and global asset conversion. The company operates with a compliance-first mindset, holding the necessary licenses to support secure, regulated transactions and provide operational support to clients.
As Brand and Communications Lead, the focus is on raising Bastion’s profile in the market. The team has already established product-market fit with major enterprise clients and operates under a regulated trust charter, but broader awareness of Bastion’s platform and capabilities remains limited. This role is tasked with changing that.
Role overview
This position shapes Bastion’s brand positioning and messaging. Responsibilities include ensuring consistency across all channels, securing press coverage, preparing executives for public appearances, attending industry conferences, and running targeted campaigns for decision-makers. Every effort should connect back to building Bastion’s business pipeline.
Fintech or financial services experience is highly valued, given the regulatory complexity and need for institutional credibility in this sector.
The role is based in New York City with a hybrid, flexible schedule. While designed as a full-time position, Bastion is open to considering contractors as well.
What to expect in your first months

First 30 days: Immerse yourself
- Deepen understanding of Bastion’s products, regulatory status (including the NYDFS trust charter), stablecoin infrastructure, and the reasons enterprise clients select Bastion over competitors.
- Develop a strategic roadmap for brand messaging and outreach.
