Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Brand & Content Manager who will be responsible for defining our brand voice, managing our content strategy, and enhancing our organic presence across various platforms.
About You
Your Responsibilities
Establish and uphold brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring all team members embody these principles.
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across blogs, social media, and emails for all markets.
Lead SEO strategy and monitor organic content performance.
Create compelling health education content that translates complex science into practical knowledge.
Draft creative briefs for both paid and organic marketing campaigns.
Coordinate content production with freelancers and agencies to ensure timely delivery.
What Success Looks Like
Deliver 20+ content pieces monthly across diverse formats and channels.
Achieve three high-intent SEO keywords ranking on the first page in France within six months.
Implement a self-sustaining content system that functions effectively without your constant oversight.
Produce content that fosters trust in Lucis regarding health data management.
What We're Looking For
A portfolio showcasing your strategic thinking and high-quality writing skills.
A solid understanding of SEO principles, including keyword intent and authority-building content.
Ability to articulate complex health topics in clear, engaging, and non-alarmist ways.
Fluency in French (native or near-native) and strong professional proficiency in English.
