About the Role
As a Brand Strategy Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting the team to shape Amartha’s brand identity through research, insights generation, and strategic documentation. Your responsibilities will include analyzing market and cultural trends, examining competitors, and contributing to the development of the brand’s positioning and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with brand research, including competitor mapping, market trends, and cultural insights.
- Contribute to the formulation of brand positioning, messaging frameworks, archetypes, and tone of voice.
- Organize brand audits and collect visual and strategic references to support brand development initiatives.
- Prepare materials for brand reviews, facilitate internal workshops, and engage with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- A strong enthusiasm for brand development, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
- Proficient in conducting desk research and competitor analysis.
- Able to distill insights into actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with or eagerness to learn about communication strategies, brand positioning, and tone of voice.
- Excellent organizational skills in managing data, references, and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, structured thinker with a comfort level in crafting decks and presentations.
