As a Building Caretaker, you will serve as the guardian of the property and its surroundings, ensuring a pristine environment and nurturing positive relationships with residents. Your role is vital in upholding the high standards of site management.
Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across all public areas.
• Interact courteously and professionally with residents at all times.
• Report any security breaches or damages to the appropriate authorities.
• Keep the building's exterior tidy and inviting.
• Water and care for plants and shrubbery in the outdoor spaces.
• Manage key holding and oversee parcel deliveries.
• Allocate temporary parking spaces as needed.
Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you will need:
A strong commitment to customer service and an understanding of client needs.
Experience in a fast-paced customer service setting, preferably in hospitality, education, or corporate security.
Proven background in a customer-facing role.
Flexibility in working hours, with the ability to provide emergency support outside regular hours if necessary.
A proactive attitude and a drive to contribute as a valuable team member.
Self-starter abilities with excellent organizational skills.
Strong data management and record-keeping capabilities.
