Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Proactive Customer Engagement & Sales Cycle Management: Develop and implement an outbound calling schedule to engage customers, conduct welcome calls, and maintain ongoing contact to build relationships, understand needs, and drive sales and retention based on business KPIs. Customer Issue Resolution: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions, while converting inquiries into sales opportunities and retaining at-risk customers. Strategic Account Management & Retention: Manage dedicated accounts, proactively identifying and resolving any contracts at risk to maximize retention and explore opportunities for renewed agreements and expanded services. Administrative Excellence: Handle general administrative tasks, such as addressing inquiries and completing transactions, while leveraging these interactions for sales-focused conversations and documenting potential sales opportunities. Relationship Building & Customer Loyalty: Cultivate and maintain robust internal and external relationships through comprehensive customer service support.
