Key Responsibilities
- Utilize your 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in web-based product environments.
- Define configuration specifications along with business analysis requirements.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance processes.
- Establish reporting and alerting requirements.
- Foster and enhance relationships with partners to optimize our integrations.
- Design, document, and maintain efficient system processes.
- Identify common technical issues and provide actionable recommendations to the product team.
- Communicate key insights and findings effectively to the product team.
- Continuously seek ways to improve monitoring systems, uncover issues, and deliver enhanced value to customers.
- Experience with Job Portal Based Products is highly desirable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.
- A degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
- Demonstrable skills in eliciting requirements and handling testing processes.
- Experience in data analysis to derive meaningful business insights, along with proficiency in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Basic knowledge of UX methodologies and the ability to translate user needs into business requirements.
- Familiarity with user stories-based requirement generation and Agile product development methodologies.
- Ability to generate process documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing capabilities.
