Reporting to the Lead Business Systems Manager for Station Systems, the Business Analyst – Stations and Operational Systems is responsible for delivering business analysis related to the station and operational systems managed by the Customer Systems team. These systems encompass a wide range of operational activities, including sales and after-sales functions, passenger tracking in the station and on board, onboard service monitoring, catering services, and passenger flow management.

Your Role:
- Provide end-to-end business analysis support to ensure our solutions function as intended while contributing to the digitization of our station and operational processes.
- Collaborate with station teams to define and validate station requirements aligned with new project objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis for new tools intended for station and operational teams, detailing identified risks, issues, or new opportunities.
- If necessary, create project use cases and process flow documentation to support future developments and training.
- Assist and support the testing phase.
- Ensure requirements are validated against operational business objectives and accepted by the technical teams involved in the project.
- Guide station teams in evolving existing processes and defining the operation of new processes, providing recommendations when opportunities arise.
- Work with technical teams to ensure compliance with documentation requirements and ensure that support processes are robust and efficient.
- Sort new business requirements, anomalies, and incidents reported by the business, prioritizing their resolution with technical teams if necessary.
Note: Frequent travel to the UK and Belgium is expected.
