During the initial 10 weeks of the Business Analyst Traineeship, you will receive specialized training from professionals in the field of Information Management. This comprehensive program includes various theoretical and practical training sessions, allowing you to earn up to six certifications that will provide a solid foundation in this career path. Throughout the traineeship, you will engage in interviews with suitable employers in your preferred industry and region, giving you the autonomy to choose your career path post-traineeship. We will ensure you are thoroughly prepared for these discussions with potential employers. In the first year, you will be employed through People X, after which you will transition to a direct role with your chosen employer, receiving a salary increase as you progress.
