As a Payment Solution Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in a rapidly growing strategic sector of our organization. Your main focus will be on the implementation and growth of our Point of Sale (POS) and payment solutions, targeting our established merchant network while also scouting for new market prospects. This dynamic and consultative role requires you to bridge the realms of software and fintech, assisting partners in enhancing their operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Growth: Spearhead the complete sales cycle for POS solutions, concentrating on acquiring new clients as well as upselling and cross-selling to our existing customer base.
- Consultative Selling: Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding partners in identifying and applying the payment solutions that best align with their unique business requirements.
- Strategic Input: Contribute significantly to the refinement of our POS sales strategy, delivering valuable feedback to leadership to enhance our commercial approach.
- Industry Expertise: Share your extensive industry knowledge and best practices with the broader sales team, serving as a mentor for complex payment-related inquiries.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Account Management, and Operations to guarantee a smooth onboarding process and high activation rates.
