Role Overview
As a Business Development & Partnerships Associate, you will play a crucial role in advancing Hive’s mission of enhancing healthcare accessibility for Filipinos. Your responsibilities will encompass managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing SME accounts, and establishing impactful partnerships. Being part of our early team, you will collaborate closely with various departments to continuously improve user experiences and implement top-tier strategies and processes, ensuring an exceptional healthcare journey for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and enhance the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closure of SME accounts.
- Increase revenue through strategic partnerships by identifying, establishing, and managing high-impact collaborations.
- Gain a profound understanding of Hive’s product offerings, utilizing customer feedback and market insights to maintain competitive advantage.
- Support brand-building initiatives and engage in networking activities.
