We invite finance-oriented graduates to join our dynamic Private Markets Strategic Partnerships team. This impactful, entry-level role is tailored for individuals eager to carve a niche at the crossroads of Finance and Strategic Marketing. Unlike traditional sales roles, your focus will be on driving our market intelligence initiatives by identifying and profiling influential Family Office executives and Chief Investment Officers (CIOs) within the private markets.

Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this junior position.

This role is based in our Nicosia office and primarily supports our US market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Office Profiling: Conduct comprehensive research into the North American private wealth sector to pinpoint key Principals and CIOs at Single and Multi-Family Offices (SFO/MFO).

  • Investment Mandate Mapping: Evaluate summit themes (including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, and Digital Assets) to identify institutional investors actively seeking these opportunities.

  • Hyper-Personalized Outreach: Craft and implement intricate, data-driven outreach campaigns (both Direct Mail and Email) that resonate with C-suite investment professionals.

  • Lead Generation Strategy: Collaborate with the North American Delegate Sales team to construct high-prestige prospect pipelines, preserving the elite status of our summits.

  • CRM Intelligence: Utilize HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiently to navigate the complex networks of the ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) community.
