We are a robust demand-generation engine for food and beverage merchants, utilizing in-store solutions such as Dine Out Deals and Self Pick-up. By connecting digital app engagement with real-world experiences, you will play a crucial role in driving Grab's revenue while empowering local restaurants to thrive, solidifying Grab as Thailand's premier everyday Super App.
Your Role in Our Success
As a key player for Grab Dine Out, you'll not only be selling a service; you will serve as a strategic consultant for local businesses, aiding them in unlocking substantial revenue potential. You will represent Grab's Omni commerce expansion and directly contribute to our mission of establishing a "reservation-first" ecosystem in Thailand. This role requires you to be present at the Grab Office five days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Conduct research to identify suitable merchants within designated focus areas and planned expansion zones that align with a "reservation-first" and "deals" model.
- Establish and nurture relationships with mall leasing teams, franchise owners, and community managers to access multiple high-value tenants simultaneously. Consultative Sales & Reservation Technology Promotion
- Present Grab Dine Out as a vital revenue generator, educating partners on how our digital services can optimize demand forecasting and enhance off-peak inventory utilization.
- Negotiate competitive commission rates and exclusive Grab Deals (e.g., "20% Off Total Bill") designed to attract user traffic during less busy periods for merchants. Onboarding & Partner Success Management
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring their digital storefronts are configured correctly, including booking availability, service durations, and voucher terms.
- Provide training for merchant staff on how to effectively use the Grab Merchant App to manage daily reservations, adjust real-time availability, and scan customer vouchers.
