* Cultivate and establish new business partnerships while driving revenue growth for REALTOR, aiming to achieve an annual target of 30% above the previous year’s invoiced revenue.
* Formulate a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for REALTOR properties, ensuring alignment with company sales goals and profitability, encompassing short lets, leases, and sales.
* Take the lead on acquiring external properties and business opportunities for the firm.
* Oversee the performance and professional development of the Sales Executives.
* Develop actionable plans for both yourself and the sales team to effectively pursue sales leads and opportunities.
* Conduct regular one-on-one reviews with Sales Executives to enhance communication, assess product knowledge depth, and provide insights for improvement.
* Deliver timely performance feedback to the Group, HR, and Chairman.
* Present on target achievements and review past and upcoming activities during weekly sales meetings.
* Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities.
* Create and deliver proposal presentations as well as responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
* Manage expenses to adhere to REALTOR’s budget directives.
* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and codes of business ethics.
* Provide accurate and competitive pricing for all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval. Engage potential clients through direct communication, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and emails.
* Assume individual responsibility for account management while being part of a collaborative team of similarly titled professionals. Support will be available from the Head of Operations for complex pitches and strategies.
* Efficiently perform cost calculations and offer quotations for various business packages.
* Conduct property inspections and evaluations.
* Promptly address and resolve client inquiries and complaints.
* Manage and ensure up-to-date sales administration correspondence using Microsoft Outlook and Diary.
* Ensure REALTOR remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.
