Your Role

As a Business Development Intern within PathAI's Biopharma Partnerships team, you will support our mission by engaging with leading pharmaceutical companies to integrate AI into clinical trials across various therapeutic areas, including oncology, immunology, and gastroenterology. This unique position will allow you to contribute to strategic marketing efforts that align business development with commercial strategy, using pipeline data and competitive insights to propel deal progression and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and automate the bi-weekly funnel review data cycle: Extract opportunity data from Salesforce, create and maintain pipeline waterfall charts and performance visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring that Business Development representatives present accurate data for leadership reviews.
  • Enhance Salesforce data integrity and improve processes: Audit essential fields for accuracy, support new Salesforce workflow implementations, and assist in designing dashboards or automations that streamline the funnel review process.
  • Evaluate pipeline health and derive actionable insights: Monitor funnel factors, stage conversion rates, and other critical metrics to identify trends and risks that inform revenue strategies.
  • Assist in strategic account planning: Keep account plans organized within the GOSRT framework (Goals, Objectives, Strategy, Results, Tactics), including stakeholder mapping and other crucial elements.
