We are already the market leader in sectors such as banking & cash transport, entertainment, and education. Your mission will be to expand our strong position in the industrial and critical infrastructure sectors.
A Multifaceted Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will analyze the market and strategize to engage it in a systematic, effective, and pragmatic manner. You will interact with clients at both operational and strategic levels, using your understanding of their processes and business risks to effectively persuade them. With the full support and input from our internal team, you will strive to be the perfect security partner for your clients, rather than just a supplier.
Diversity in Challenges
Your role will involve tackling complex security issues that require a conceptual and solution-oriented approach, often related to new construction or renovation projects. One day, you might design a brand new security concept; the next, you could be adapting, replacing, or expanding an existing solution. Your target groups often require integrated security solutions controlled from a centralized integrated security management system (SMS) that links various individual systems.
As our Business Development Manager, you should be results-driven, possess a natural drive, have knowledge of security solutions, and an interest in IT. We expect a high degree of independence, creativity, responsibility, decisiveness, and, of course, an entrepreneurial spirit from you.
You will report to the Sales Director in this challenging position.
