This position reports to: Head of Logistics Services

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Achieve sales targets by attracting quality clients.
  • Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline focused on strategic clients.
  • Devise and implement innovative client acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis for prospective clients.
  • Provide insights to Senior Management regarding strategies for new client sourcing and service delivery for existing partnerships.
  • Utilize data management to derive actionable insights and generate reports.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to communicate client requirements and concerns effectively.
  • Engage cross-functionally within the organization to enhance client relationships.
  • Deliver presentations to and foster relationships with senior management and clients.
  • Supply national partners with performance reports on a weekly and monthly basis, aligned with agreed SLAs.
  • Monitor and evaluate client-specific KPIs, preparing and presenting performance review meetings to the TDT and Takealot business.
  • Ensure accountability of client partners regarding their service delivery SLAs for sustained operational performance.
  • Travel within South Africa as needed.
