Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of business development experience, showcasing a successful background in enterprise sales and channel management, preferably within the e-commerce, digital marketing, or SaaS sectors. Extensive expertise in driving enterprise sales growth through consultative selling techniques, alongside strong analytical skills in revenue forecasting, business planning, and pricing strategies. In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing frameworks, platforms, and best practices; thorough knowledge of Amazon marketplace operations is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and sustain trusted partnerships. Proficiency in setting up scalable sales processes, reporting mechanisms, and performance monitoring tools (such as Hubspot). An entrepreneurial mindset, demonstrating a proactive approach, agility to navigate complex organizational structures, and a collaborative spirit to foster impactful partnerships. A Bachelor’s degree or higher; proficiency in English is mandatory.

Role overview

The Business Development Manager, based in Shenzhen, will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with cross-border platform sellers, brands, and channel partners. This position centers on expanding Levanta’s presence and supporting sellers using the company’s Creator Marketplace.

What you will do

  • Develop and sustain partnerships with key sellers on platforms such as Amazon and Walmart, as well as with brands and channel partners.
  • Define and implement sales strategies for seller partners, lead client presentations, and support business growth on Levanta’s platform.
  • Contribute to the creation and assessment of business strategies tailored to the Chinese market.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and ongoing performance improvements.
