Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager in the thriving Game Audio division at sideinc, based in Tokyo, Japan. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead efforts to cultivate partnerships and drive revenue growth for our comprehensive voice-over, dialogue recording, and Foley production services tailored to console, PC, and mobile game developers.
As the representative of our Tokyo studio, you will establish and nurture relationships with both domestic and international clients, creating compelling proposals and uncovering new business opportunities. Ideal candidates will possess a blend of commercial insight and a profound appreciation for game audio production.
Responsibilities:
- Sales & Account Growth: Drive business development for voice-over, Foley, and full-service game audio recording. Build and sustain relationships with producers, audio directors, and localization managers across major and indie studios.
- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities by monitoring emerging trends in game audio, localization, and production pipelines, expanding our client base globally.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough discovery sessions to assess project requirements, determine recording and post-production needs, and craft customized proposals.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our audio production, localization, and global BD teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
- Strategic Planning: Formulate go-to-market strategies for new services and technologies, providing feedback to enhance our offerings and competitiveness.
- Performance Management: Take ownership of revenue targets, manage forecasting, and maintain an active CRM pipeline.
