Business Development Manager (m/w/d)
to work closely with management, focusing on the growth and development of our business.
Your Responsibilities
Market, Customer & Competitor Analysis
Systematic monitoring of market trends, customer segments, distribution channels, and competitors
Deriving actionable recommendations for sales, marketing, and product management
Business Cases & Projects
Developing business cases (e.g., for new products, channels, partnerships, investments)
Managing strategic projects from ideation to execution
Measuring success and profitability (KPIs, post-calculations, lessons learned)
Strategy Development & Implementation
Participating in the advancement of the company and market strategy for Germany and select European markets
Preparing strategy workshops and management meetings (analyses, presentations, decision-making materials)
Business Development
Identifying and evaluating new business opportunities (e.g., new customer or product segments, collaborations, digital concepts)
Assisting in negotiations and partnership development in close coordination with sales and management
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Transforming complex information into clear, comprehensible presentations for management and international stakeholders
Collaborating closely with colleagues from Germany and other locations within Groupe Hamelin
