About the Role
This role demands a robust understanding of the market, a customer-centric approach, and the capability to transform opportunities into enduring partnerships. As the appointed candidate, you will serve as the primary sales driver for our logistics services by identifying, nurturing, and expanding business prospects within our Logistics department.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Proactively acquire and nurture new clients for logistics services, encompassing Sea Freight, Air Freight, Road Freight, and Oil & Gas (Energy) logistics solutions.
Surpass sales targets and business development KPIs.
Cultivate and fortify relationships with clients, suppliers, key stakeholders, and the sales team.
Spot and leverage upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Devise and execute strategic sales plans to optimize revenue and utilize internal resources effectively.
Assist in crafting proposals and quotations.
Collaborate with operations and internal teams to guarantee seamless service delivery.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with relevant experience and a proven track record in the logistics sector.
