Director of Business Operations – APJMEARole OverviewIn the capacity of Director of Business Operations for the APJMEA region, you will function as a strategic advisor and operational driver to the Regional President, COO, CFO, and Market Unit (MU) leaders. This pivotal role focuses on fostering commercial excellence, facilitating scalable growth, and ensuring operational coherence across varied markets. You will spearhead a high-performing team across Field Operations, Deal Desk, and Sales Compensation, providing insights and infrastructure that empower sales teams and enhance performance.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Partnering: Collaborate with regional executives to drive proactive forecasting, territory coverage, quota planning, GTM execution, and quarterly business reviews.Operational Leadership: Build, lead, and evolve the regional Business Operations team, ensuring agile support and continuous improvement across all functions.Sales Performance Optimization: Provide actionable analytics to boost sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and revenue predictability.CRM Excellence: Advocate for data integrity and governance throughout forecasting, pipeline management, and deal reviews.GTM Execution: Implement corporate GTM strategies across MUs, ensuring alignment, execution, and measurable impact.Pipeline Acceleration: Oversee pipeline health, support demand generation initiatives, and drive growth-centric interventions.Process Innovation: Streamline and enhance core business processes in collaboration with global stakeholders, including Deal Desk, CRM, and forecasting.Compensation Governance: Manage quota setting and compensation plans, serving as the primary liaison for all sales compensation matters.Team Development: Expand and cultivate a resilient, future-ready Business Operations team aligned with the region’s strategic growth objectives through 2025 and beyond.
