Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement growth strategies that enhance revenue streams and establish new sales avenues within the HR and recruitment sector.
- Identify, engage, and pursue potential clients through direct outreach, networking, strategic partnerships, and participation in industry events.
- Work collaboratively with leadership to refine current services and develop new offerings that meet client challenges and align with market demands.
- Optimize sales processes and tools (CRM, pipeline management, KPIs, reporting systems) to ensure scalable and efficient operations.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing progress reports to management and suggesting adjustments to optimize outcomes.
