In the role of Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with generating new business opportunities within mid-sized and large independent agencies across the UK. Utilizing a targeted list of potential clients and agencies, your primary goal will be to connect with decision-makers through strategic outreach, conduct impactful sales discussions, and navigate prospects towards brand activations through our Master Service Agreement (MSA). This position is focused on individual contributions with an emphasis on effective prospecting, cold outreach, and closing deals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Implementing an extensive outbound strategy through cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage decision-makers within targeted accounts, specifically focusing on leading UK independent agencies.
- Managing negotiations of Master Service Agreements and Volume Incentive Deals, ensuring RTB House's inclusion on the "Approved Vendor List" (AVL) throughout the UK indie market.
- Conducting research and profiling key contacts at target agencies, initiating connections, and scheduling introductory meetings.
- Participating in relevant industry conferences to network with potential clients, identify leads, and coordinate follow-up meetings with decision-makers.
- Utilizing CRM systems and outreach automation tools to maintain accurate data and track interactions effectively.
- Crafting personalized messaging and outreach materials that resonate with the specific business needs and market context of prospective clients, particularly digital-native organizations and agencies.
- Leading sales meetings and guiding agencies through their activation process for first launches, ensuring a seamless transition from interest to action.
