About the Business Development Manager Role...

The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving new business initiatives. Your primary focus will be on strategizing and prioritizing business development efforts to meet company revenue objectives and sales targets within designated regions. You will be expected to devise and implement forward-thinking commercial strategies to maximize performance and achieve ambitious targets. Your existing industry connections will be instrumental in expanding SiteMinder’s client base and enhancing brand presence in your territory.

Your Responsibilities...

  • Client Acquisition - Generate new business opportunities and upsell to existing clients. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to product demonstrations and closing deals.

  • Meeting Sales KPIs and Targets - Strive to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, ensuring timely closure of all sales.

  • Presentation and Negotiation – Prepare precise quotes and craft compelling proposals for clients, presenting them confidently and professionally. Negotiate contracts to ensure a balance between outstanding service and profitability for both the client and SiteMinder.

  • CRM Management – Keep meticulous records of your business activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
