As a trusted strategic advisor, you will collaborate internally across pre-sales, delivery, pricing, legal, and product teams to provide integrated solutions that deliver tangible customer value and promote sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account & Portfolio Management: Develop and manage comprehensive account plans, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly growth initiatives.
  • Enhance portfolio penetration across all Arabic. AI divisions, ensuring a well-balanced revenue distribution and minimizing single-line dependency.
  • Serve as the principal commercial lead for assigned accounts, focusing on long-term value creation and strategic alignment.
  • Establish and nurture trusted advisor relationships with executive and senior stakeholders within client organizations.

  • Sales Pipeline & Deal Execution: Build and sustain a healthy, qualified pipeline across divisions with structured stage progression.
  • Lead deal strategies, pricing discussions, and execution of close plans.
  • Drive new logo acquisition when applicable and facilitate systematic account expansion.
  • Proactively identify and escalate risks, leading structured deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities.

  • Sales Performance, Forecasting & CRM Discipline: Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, maintaining predictability and variance control.
  • Uphold CRM hygiene with precise values, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and evidence of customer engagement.

  • Governance, Compliance & Deal Readiness: Guarantee adherence to pricing, discounting, and approval governance frameworks.
  • Ensure complete deal readiness prior to closure, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and necessary internal sign-offs.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Leadership: Act as the internal voice of the customer, ensuring solutions align with real business outcomes.
  • Lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholders to address client challenges and enhance solution delivery.
  • Collaborate across divisions to create bundled, outcome-driven solutions rather than standalone offerings.
