- Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships.
- Devise and implement effective growth strategies to meet and surpass departmental KPIs.
- Evaluate growth and sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to boost user and client acquisition and engagement.
- Ensure alignment of business development initiatives with the company's overarching goals and product roadmap.
- Deliver weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends.
