We are in search of a proactive and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our business expansion initiatives in Riyadh and the Eastern Region. This pivotal role will center around Microsoft solutions, AI technologies, IT Infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Business Applications. You will be a key player in our market entry strategy, focusing on new client acquisition, forming strategic partnerships, and enhancing direct sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT sector, particularly in Microsoft technologies, AI, Cyber Security, and Infrastructure.
- Develop and sustain a robust sales pipeline, prioritizing valuable deals and long-term client relationships.
- Forge and maintain strategic partnerships with technology vendors, industry stakeholders, and local partners.
- Collaborate with partners such as Microsoft, Cyber Security providers, and AI vendors to enhance our solution offerings.
- Create and implement strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to comprehend client needs and propose tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Prepare compelling business proposals, deliver engaging presentations, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.
- Conduct continuous market analysis to monitor trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape across Riyadh, Khobar, and Dammam.
- Provide strategic insights and business intelligence to senior leadership to bolster regional growth initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, particularly in IT solutions encompassing Microsoft, AI, Cyber Security, or Infrastructure.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales objectives in competitive environments.
Skills:
- Exceptional strategic sales acumen with a knack for building partnerships and closing high-impact deals.
- Experience with direct sales and partner-driven sales models for enterprise IT products.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both Arabic and English.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
