The Role
Unison is looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial Sales Specialist (m/w/d) who will independently build, manage, and drive a pipeline of real estate investment contacts through to successful closure. The Site Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d) will report directly to the Sales Director and will play a pivotal role in revenue and pipeline development by establishing and nurturing sustainable relationships with property owners.
 
Responsibilities
Independently manage a personal sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure; serve as the primary point of contact for potential clients through a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach; achieve individual monthly, quarterly, and annual targets with respect to funnel management and closures; autonomously plan, steer, and prioritize all sales activities to ensure a robust pipeline; actively contribute to the optimization of acquisition processes (e.g., data mining, CRM structures, marketing initiatives); collaborate on strategic initiatives and projects.
