Relationship Managers are tasked with fostering profound trust and understanding with clients, aligning our offerings such as Business Current Accounts, Savings Accounts, Commercial Loans, Asset Finance, and Working Capital Facilities with their aspirations.

As a burgeoning bank, we are focused on growth, making new business development a key aspect of this role. Relationship Managers must be proactive in winning new clients and cultivating a robust network of local SME advisors, while ensuring the integrity of our partnerships through deep community engagement.

This role is primarily centered on Growth & Business Development, allowing you to establish a new portfolio in your local area and manage these relationships from the ground up. A strong Business Development mindset is essential for success.
