Our Commercial Development team is on the lookout for a Business Development Representative (f/m/d). In this vital role, you will help us grow our customer base in Germany, ensuring Moss’s ongoing success. As you engage with potential new customers, you will master a variety of outreach and sales techniques, receiving guidance and mentorship from our exceptional leadership team and seasoned colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
Here’s what your daily tasks will involve:
Identifying opportunities with CFOs and finance leaders, generating interest in the Moss solution through a multi-channel approach.
Conducting comprehensive market research to uncover new potential customers.
Accurately recording all customer data and collaborating with team members to continuously optimize commercial processes to enhance conversion rates at every stage of the funnel.
Working closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to effectively support the entire sales cycle, maintaining a deep understanding of individual pipelines.
About You
To thrive in this position, we believe you should possess the following experience and qualifications:
Initial experience in a sales-related role, particularly focused on cold acquisition.
Fluency in both German (C2) and English (C1).
