Qualifications
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outreach in expansive, untapped territories; employ multi-channel strategies (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); secure discovery meetings with medium to large enterprise clients. Research target companies and key decision-makers; develop campaigns; create, A/B test, and refine messaging strategies. Assess inbound leads and direct high-potential prospects to the Account Executives/Account Managers; maintain organized records in Salesforce and Outreach. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory plans, support events, and ensure timely follow-ups. Monitor key metrics (e.g., meetings booked, conversion rates) and leverage insights for continuous improvement. What We’re Looking ForStrong ability to identify and connect with new key contacts within target accounts. Comfort with outbound prospecting and handling rejection. Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and motivated to advance professionally. Willingness to travel for internal and external events as needed. Fluency in German, with native or bilingual proficiency, to effectively manage relationships across our European markets.
