Your Responsibilities:Proactively prospect large, raw territories using multi-channel outreach methods (phone, email, LinkedIn, events); schedule discovery meetings with mid-sized to large enterprise clients. Conduct thorough research on target accounts and key decision makers; create campaigns; draft, A/B test, and refine messaging. Qualify inbound leads and connect high-intent prospects with Account Executives/Account Managers; ensure accurate records in Salesforce and Outreach. Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to execute territory plans, assist with events, and provide timely follow-ups. Monitor crucial metrics (meetings booked, conversion rates) and leverage insights to enhance performance. What We Seek:Strong ability to identify and engage new key contacts within target accounts. Comfortable with outbound prospecting and managing rejection. Highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and driven for professional growth. Willingness to travel occasionally for both internal and external events. Fluent or bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English, enabling effective stakeholder engagement across Japan. Preferred Qualifications:Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with real-time 3D/interactive technologies and their enterprise benefits. A test-and-learn mentality with regular proposals for new messaging experiments. Proficient in Salesforce and at least one sales engagement platform (e.g., Outreach or Salesloft).
