The Role:
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with the Sales Leadership Team and our Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth in the MEA region. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential.
Our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are the backbone of MicroStrategy's ambitious revenue expansion strategy. They play a crucial role in connecting senior enterprise prospects with our Sales Teams via various channels. In this position, you will engage in strategic business development activities targeting new prospects as well as existing accounts, with the aim of introducing and positioning MicroStrategy’s innovative products and services to influential decision-makers. This includes scheduling initial meetings between prospects and our Account Executives and may also involve delivering presentations and participating in demos as you gain experience.
As a BDR, you will establish high standards and adhere to best practices in business development activities. At MicroStrategy, you will learn how to effectively prospect and communicate with senior enterprise professionals and qualify genuine business opportunities using BANT and MEDDPICC methodologies, consistently delivering exceptional business value. Additionally, you will gain access to the latest sales tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and Salesforce.

Your Focus:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to qualify leads and deliver sales-ready opportunities by engaging with potential customers through various outbound communications (phone, email, and social media).
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of MicroStrategy to specific buyer personas in a clear and compelling manner that generates interest and results in qualified leads/initial meetings.
- Encourage participation in MicroStrategy events and facilitate on-site meetings at tradeshows where MicroStrategy is represented.
- Work in tandem with the Marketing Team to support inbound event follow-ups, content downloads, and optimize pipeline generation through additional outbound efforts.
- Drive pipeline and revenue for MicroStrategy in alignment with our ambitious revenue objectives.
- Utilize social networks, internal databases, and BDR tools to research and enrich prospective accounts.
- Maintain records of your prospecting efforts within our CRM system (Salesforce).
- Consistently achieve and surpass your individual targets on a weekly and monthly basis.
