Role overview
This Business Development Representative position is based in London and focuses on the UK and Nordics region. The role calls for persistence and creativity to connect with decision-makers who are often hard to reach. Success depends on proactive outreach, especially cold calling, along with research skills and a willingness to use channels such as LinkedIn. Understanding marketing concepts and storytelling will help engage prospects effectively.
What you will do
- Identify and contact decision-makers at leading brands to create new business opportunities and conduct needs assessment calls with assigned prospects.
- Support Marketing and Sales by generating leads and qualifying inbound and outbound prospects through phone, web, email, corporate events, and direct mail campaigns.
- Work closely with an assigned Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager and the marketing team to meet individual and team sales targets, develop prospect communication plans, and maintain a steady flow of quality product demonstrations.
- Present Emplifi’s value proposition to secure online product demos and in-person meetings for your designated Account Executive or Regional Sales Manager.
