Why You Should Join Us!
The Business Development Representative (BDR) serves as a critical link between our customers and the sales team. Your main responsibility will be to organize meetings that unlock potential business opportunities. You will manage a portfolio of enterprise-level customers and prospects, identifying avenues for new business, cross-selling, and upselling. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you’ll craft compelling messages tailored to the right personas, setting up meetings for deeper exploration.
Additionally, you will ensure all pertinent information is accurately logged in our CRM system, facilitating efficient follow-up by the sales team and enabling the marketing team to engage customers with relevant communications. Understanding marketing campaigns and leveraging them to build relationships and navigate the customer journey will be essential. You’ll also assess customer sales readiness using various data points.
