QualificationsAt least 2 years of sales or related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in fast-paced, customer-focused, performance-driven settings. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with diverse personalities. Excellent research, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Proficient in using tools such as MS Office, MS Dynamics CRM, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Lusha; quick to learn new systems. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in Polish and English at B2/C1 level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously enhance your knowledge to become an expert in industry trends and NielsenIQ solutions.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of NielsenIQ products and services to decision-makers by thoroughly understanding client needs and showcasing the value of our offerings.
  • Qualify and respond to inbound inquiries to assess sales readiness before transitioning opportunities to the sales team.
  • Engage in proactive prospecting through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and events, to connect with target accounts and arrange meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Utilize prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Lusha, SalesLoft, MS Dynamics CRM) to research and compile targeted lead lists.
  • Maintain precise records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  • Track important KPIs such as lead generation volume, conversion rates, and outreach activities.
  • Prepare regular performance reports on prospecting efforts for sales management.
  • Collaborate closely with sales partners to ensure lead quality and facilitate conversion into pipeline opportunities.
