As a Business Implementation Specialist, you will ensure that new clients of Verdi Fit, Verdi Pro, and Verdi Next are implemented thoughtfully and systematically. You will translate contract agreements and proposals into a practical setup of our services, ensuring smooth alignment with operational needs.
Your Role
In this capacity, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients. You will translate commercial agreements into clear workflows, practical arrangements, and a solid collaboration between the client, sales, and operations teams.
You will operate within the frameworks of our developed propositions, with a primary focus on Verdi Fit. While not a sales owner, your role is vital in delivering on our commercial promises to clients.
Your Responsibilities
Client Implementation
Translating proposals and contract agreements into the concrete setup of services
Creating implementation plans with clear timelines, responsibilities, and communication structures
Guiding the implementation process for new clients
Establishing working agreements, capacity, and collaboration between the client and internal teams
Coordinating data migration and any system integrations
Organizing onboarding for involved professionals such as case managers, POB’ers, and company doctors
Initiating the first operational meetings between clients and operational teams
Securing and Handover
Ensuring that agreements from contracts and proposals are effectively integrated into operations
Documenting work agreements, instructions, and handover documentation
Facilitating a careful transfer to the designated account manager
Commercial Awareness
Identifying additional service opportunities with Verdi Pro or Verdi Next
Providing feedback on these opportunities to the sales team for follow-up
Collaboration
You will work at the intersection of commerce and operations, maintaining close contact with various internal teams.
Joining the sales phase when necessary for larger or more complex projects to assess feasibility and implementation strategies
Collaborating closely with the operational teams of Verdi Fit, Verdi Pro, and Verdi Next
Gathering practical insights from implementations to contribute to the enhancement of implementation standards and practices
