Minimum of 4 years of strong skills in SQL and data querying for effective dataset extraction and manipulation. Proficiency in BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to convey complex data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Familiarity with healthcare data standards, privacy laws, and regulations is highly desirable. Experience with statistical analysis tools and programming languages such as Python or R is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and onsite collaboration.
